精神分裂的异常表现

1.性格改变

原来活泼开朗、热情好客的人，变得沉默少语，独自呆坐似在思考问题，不与人交往;一向干净利索的人变得不修边幅、生活懒散、纪律松弛、做事注意力不集中;原来循规蹈距的人变得经常迟到、早退、无故旷工、工作马虎，对批评满不在乎;原来勤俭节省的人，变得挥霍浪费等;

2.语言表达异常

与其谈话话题不多，语句简单、内容单调，谈话的内容缺乏中心或在谈话中说一些与谈话无关的内容，使人无法理解，感觉交谈费力或莫名其妙，或自言自语，反复重复同一内容等;

3.逐渐或突然变得难以入睡、易惊醒或睡眠不深，整夜做恶梦、或睡眠过多;

4.行为古怪，常人难以理解。喜欢独处、不适意的追逐异性，不知羞耻，自语自笑、生活懒散、发呆发愣、蒙头大睡、外出游荡，夜不归家等;

5.对什么事都非常敏感，把周围的一些平常之事和他联系起来，认为是针对他的;

6.情感改变，情感变得冷漠、失去以往的热情、对亲人不关心、缺少应有的感情交流，与朋友疏远，对周围事情不感兴趣，或因一点小事而发脾气，莫名其妙地伤心落泪或欣喜等。
