改善自身的心理素质

很多人在日常交际中,都容易出现紧张、胆怯等问题,这也是心理素质不佳的一种表现。除了会影响我们正常的生活之外,对人际交往以及工作都会带来阻碍。那么,该怎样改善自身的心理素质呢?运动就是一个不错的方法。

一、紧张型

有的人心理素质缺少锻炼,应多参加竞争激烈的运动项目,如足球、篮球、排球等项目.这些项目场上形势多变,紧张激烈,只有冷静沉着地应对,才能取得优势.若能经常在这种激烈的场合中接受考验,遇事就不会过于紧张,更不会惊慌失措,从而给工作和学习带来好处.

二、胆怯型

有的人天性胆小,动辄害羞脸红,性格腼腆.这些人应多参加游泳、滑冰、拳击、单双杠、跳马等项目.这些项目要求人们不断地克服胆怯心理,以勇敢、无畏的精神去战胜困难,越过障碍.经过一个时期的锻炼,胆子会变大,为人处世也就显得从容自然了.

三、孤僻型

有的人性格内向、孤僻,不合群,不善于与人交往,缺少竞争力.这些人应选择足球、篮球、排球及接力跑、拔河等团队运动项目.坚持参加这些集体项目的锻炼,能增强自身活力和与人合作精神,逐渐改变性格与心理障碍.

以上就是针对不同心理障碍的运动方法,可能说到心理障碍,人们认为治疗的最好方法就是一些心理治疗。但是合理的利用上面所推荐的这些运动,也可以起到很好的效果,解决这种心理障碍,才可以更好的保证心理健康
