01、不埋怨他人
这是消除烦恼最简单和最重要的方法。责备自己或他人让你的心态停留在对往事的纠缠上,不如抬起眼睛向前看,想想下一步怎么办。

02、积极看事情
“真倒霉,刚要出门却下起了大雨。”与其这样想,不如想“今天空气多清新多湿润”。把每次“倒霉”都想成锻炼自己在变化中生存的机会。

03、烦了睡一觉
虽然忧郁和睡眠之间的关系仍需进一步探讨,只要保持充足而有规律的睡眠,就有一定的改善情绪作用。

04、卧室有阳光
醒来时卧室充满阳光,会让你一整天都感到高兴。早晨的阳光对人体健康最有益。

05、换一个灯泡
如果实在没时间早晨晒太阳,就把家里客厅或餐厅的灯泡换成节能灯吧。它发出的光比白炽灯更像阳光,能起到改善情绪的作用。

06、与宠物一起玩
仅仅抚摸爱犬15分钟,人体就会释放出感觉良好的激素——血清素、泌乳雌激素和催产素,同时降低紧张激素——皮质醇的水平。

07、保持微笑
对于同一件事情,经常微笑的人会看到它有趣的一面,经常紧皱眉头的人则会看到它让人烦恼的一面。

08、吃几块巧克力
吃巧克力是改善情绪的好方法。巧克力中所含的色氨酸能够激发大脑中改善情绪的血清素。

09、换避孕法
服用避孕药导致体内激素变化,可能引发情绪低落。如果是这样,那就要考虑用安全套等不会影响激素的避孕方法。

10、写日记或画画
不管是写日记还是唱歌、画画,这些和艺术有关的行为都更有利于转移注意力,释放消极情绪。
